Your Wedding Day Hair Style...

Your wedding hair style and stylist are key to one of the most important aspects of your bridal couture. For perfect wedding day hair, plan early! Choose a wedding hair style that will

a) compliment your face
and
b) work well the veil or headpiece you choose

To make the right choice, take time to research which style is not only right for your face and your veil or headpiece, but also with your dress. And, most importantly, schedule a consultation appointment with your stylist well in advance of your wedding day.

Start early, cutting pictures from bridal magazines of wedding hair styles, before you meet with your wedding hair stylist. Upswept or down-do? Vertical or horizontal? Left or right? Schedule a consultation appointment well in advance of your wedding day with your hair stylist to do a styling run-through so you can decide ahead of time exactly what your bridal hair style will be, eliminating surprises or disappointments. Make sure you bring the veil or head piece you will be wearing on your big day. Take photographs of the style you and your stylist have created at your consultation so it can be easily replicated on your wedding day. Follow your stylist’s instructions on pre-washing/conditioning your hair for the day of your wedding.
